Rustam Minnikhanov meets champion of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang Alina Zagitova

On June 14, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Alina Zagitova, an Olympic champion of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang (the Republic of Korea) and her parents.

Minnikhanov congratulated Alina on her well-earned victory in Pyeongchang. This was a particularly important victory because her medal became the first gold in Russia at the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leila Fazleyeva, Minister of Youth Affairs and Sport of the republic Vladimir Leonov took part in the meeting.
