Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaykhutdinov: Over 33,000 e-sick lists issued in Tatarstan

On June 9, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov reported on the results of the implementation of a project on issuing of e-sick lists in Tatarstan.

Shaikhutdinov emphasized that the pilot project on implementation of e-sick lists was launched on the platform of departmental system of Social Insurance Fund in Tatarstan on July 1, 2017.

The e-health regional system, which all public health facilities are working in regarding integration with the system of Social Insurance Fund, was further developed in March of the current year. 

The project was put into commercial operation in all medical organizations of the republic in April, 2018. At the same time, the number of issued e-sick lists also increased. Only 0.4 per cent of the e-sick lists were given in February and this indicator reached 18 per cent in Tatarstan in May.

During the period of the project implementation, medical organizations of Tatarstan issued over 33,000 e-sick lists.

Shaikhutdinov concluded that one of the important tasks for the successful implementation of the project in Tatarstan is the promotion of the lists among employers and citizens.
