Major repair of fire-rescue equipment starts in Tatarstan

On June 9, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was presented a fire truck which was overhauled under the regional programme of major repair of fire-rescue equipment.

The programme named “Second life to fire-rescue equipment” was launched at the initiative of Tatarstan President in 2018. The fire trucks on the Kamaz chassis will be overhauled under the programme with 80 million roubles allocated on it from the regional budget. 

It is scheduled to repair 85 units of fire-rescue equipment, 36 of which in 2018, 43 trucks in 2019 and 6 of them in 2020.
