Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in solemn events dedicated to the Chemist’s Day in Nizhnekamsk

On May 23, in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated all workers of the industry on the Chemist’s Day.

Before the event, Minnikhanov accompanied by Head of Nizhnekamsk municipal region Aidar Metshin and other honoured guests visited the exposition of the petrochemical enterprises of the republic.

Addressing the participants of the event, Minnikhanov first of all congratulated old-stagers of the industry, honoured chemists, many thousands of staffs of petrochemical industrial enterprises and thanked the organizers of the event. 

All those ambitious projects implemented by old-stagers allow us to remain competitive not only in the country, but also in world markets, Tatarstan President emphasized.

We have big plans and programmes for further development and today, and in the medium term, chemistry and petrochemistry remain the "growth area" of the republic.

"We thank you all for your work, for your contribution to the development of the republic and the whole country," Tatarstan President said, addressing representatives of the industry. "We wish you further prosperity!"
