A regular session of JSC “Tatneft” Board was held today by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the House of RT Government.

Results of budget execution for 2011 have been summarized and the budget for February 2012 approved.

Moreover, information about the development process of the Mordovo-Karmalsky ultraviscous oilfield has been heard at the session, and a set of issues on preparing annual general meeting of shareholders by results of work for 2011 discussed.

Other issues of JSC “Tatneft” activity have also been considered at the board session.
