Rustam Minnikhanov appoints Denis Valeev Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan

On May 21, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree, appointing Denis Valeev Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan for three years.

Valeev has held the post of the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic.

Rustem Valiullov was released from the post of Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazakhstan in accordance with decree signed by Tatarstan President in March this year. To date, Valiullov holds the post of the First Deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the republic.
