Ildar Khalikov: citizens now trust judicial system more
26.01.2012More than 1 mln and 100 thousand enforcement proceedings for the total sum of penalties 80 bln roubles were under execution in structural subdivisions of the Department of federal service of court marshals on RT in 2011. Such information was given today at a debriefing of the Department of federal service of court marshals on RT on January, 26.
“Citizens now trust judicial system more. Though it is a hard work combined with uneasy working conditions and low salary I believe you will soon face any changes, otherwise it will be very difficult to maintain and develop activity of such an important institution”, Ildar Khalikov addressed the staff of the Department of federal service of court marshals on RT.
Head of the Department - chief court marshal of RT Khamit Sharipov informed court marshals completed 689 thousand 315 enforcement proceedings in 2011. “However, notwithstanding all efforts we did not manage to reduce the number of unexecuted proceedings of previous years”, he said informing colleagues that the activity on decreasing this parameter would be a priority task in 2012.
As for recovery of salaries payable 27 thousand enforcement documents for the sum of 550 mln roubles were under execution. 24 thousand enforcement proceedings for the sum of 400 mln roubles have been completed (90% of the total number of enforcement proceedings about recovery of salaries payable).
In terms of recovery of alimentary payments 44 thousand enforcement proceedings were under execution. 23,5 thousand proceedings have been closed.
1248 criminal cases for malicious evasion of payment for maintenance of children or disabled parents were opened in 2011.
70 thousand proceedings for the sum of 33 bln roubles for benefit of loan companies were under execution, 28 thousand enforcement proceedings have been completed.
Upon completion of the event Ildar Khalikov handed awards to best employees of the institution.
Results of the contest for the best structural subdivision were also summarized today.
