Rustam Minnikhanov urges China's automakers to cooperate more closely with Tatarstan

On May 18, during his working visit to China, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the activity of the bus manufacturing company King Long United Automotive Industry Co and XGMA Company, one of the largest manufacturers of loaders and excavators.

Minnikhanov appreciated the production facilities of companies and invited the senior executives of the companies to consider the possibilities to localize them in Tatarstan. He urged for cooperation with large enterprises in the machine building area. Tatarstan President invited the representatives of the company to visit the republic at any convenient time, to study the issues of interaction in detail and assured that an eventful programme of a visit will be organized for them.

“We are ready to offer the production sites of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny to localize the production facilities, where there is all necessary infrastructure and an attractive tax regime. The most important thing is that we are ready to provide all possible assistance in promotion of your products not only in our region but in the whole country and in the CIS countries,” Minnikhanov emphasized during the meeting and invited to visit Tatarstan.
