Rustam Minnikhanov visits Meiya Pico Company

On May 18, during his working visit to China, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the city of Xiamen, the Fujian Province to get acquainted with the work of the IT-company Meiya Pico.

Meiya Pico is a leading provider of products and services in the area of digital forensics and information security in China. About 45 per cent of all decisions in this area in the country are produced by this company. The company develops various portable crime laboratories, which allow extracting, replicating and analyzing the collected information; equipment for the study of material evidence; drones tracking and tracing systems, as well as their own flying unmanned vehicles and others.

“Tatarstan pays great attention to the development of information and high technologies. Today, the information security issues are pressing ones. Your digital forensics products are of interest and demand,” Minnikhanov said.

He invited representatives of the company to visit Tatarstan to explore opportunities for cooperation and participation in joint projects.
