Rustam Minnikhanov appoints Khaidar Gilfanov Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Sverdlovsk region

On May 8, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree appointing Khaidar Gilfanov Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in Sverdlovsk region for a period of three years.

Gilfanov had previously held a post of Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of Tatarstan in Sverdlovsk region.

Renat Sadriev, who headed the Plenipotentiary Representative Office of the republic in the Sverdlovsk region since 2011, resigned and was released from his post in April of this year.
