Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich arrives on a working visit in Tatarstan

On May 6, at the Kazan International Airport, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, who arrived on a working visit in the republic.

Upon his arrival at the airport terminal, Babich handed in the certificate to Maksim Borovkov, a new Chairman of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, who took office in April this year.

Later today, Babich together with Minnikhanov will take part in the opening ceremony of the memorial complex "Eternal Memory for Defenders of the Motherland and Homefront Workers" in the village of Bakrchi of the Tetyushy municipal region.
