Rustam Minnikhanov visits an innovative dental clinic in Kazan

On May 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Kazan Innovative Technology Centre of Regional Dental Polyclinic, a medical center that provides dental services, including those covered by the Compulsory Health Insurance system.

In the first floor lobby on an interactive PC panel, Tatarstan President was shown the clinic’s website, using which it is possible to fix an appointment to a doctor at any convenient time and consult online. Specialists of the center noted that the clinic has its page in the Instagram social network.

Head of the Centre Naila Shaimieva showed Tatarstan President the technical equipment and facilities of the clinic. In particular, Minnikhanov was shown a room for medical procedures equipped in accordance with the international  standards for patients who receive services under the compulsory health insurance system. The Centre has been operating since last autumn and has already accepted about 13,000 people.

Minnikhanov appreciated the opening of specialized medical centres with state-of-the-art equipment, which render services to all residents of the republic, in Tatarstan.
