Rustam Minnikhanov lays flowers at the bust to Andrey Karlov

On April 26, during his working visit to Ankara (the Republic of Turkey), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov laid flowers at the bust to former Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Turkey Andrey Karlov tragically killed in 2016.

The bust of Andrey Karlov was erected in the Russian Embassy in Turkey in 2017.

The author of the bust is a famous sculptor Nikolay Kuznetsov-Muromsky. Minister Counsellor of the Russian Embassy in Turkey Aleksandr Khapilov and representatives of Tatarstan delegation took park in the ceremony of laying flowers.
