Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov lays flowers at the monument to an outstanding Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay in Kazan

On April 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov laid flowers at the monument to an outstanding Tatar poet in the square named after Gabdulla Tukay on the occasion of the 132nd anniversary of his birth. 

Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, people’s deputies of the regional parliament, members of the Government of Tatarstan, heads of ministries and departments of the republic took part in the event.
