Rustam Minnikhanov meets Executive Chairman of the Board of East Office of Finnish Industries and Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce Esko Aho

On April 23, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Executive Chairman of the Board of East Office of Finnish Industries and Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce, former Prime-Minister of Finland Esko Aho.

Welcoming the guest, Minnikhanov reminded that they had met at various international forums and other events.

According to the President of the republic, Finland is a unique country that had passed a significant way in its development and economic growth.

“Finland has great potential and is a leader in many areas. We also draw our attention to Finland, and the main thing is that we have full mutual understanding and good examples of cooperation. You have excellent educational programmes. I visited your scientific and educational centers many times”, Tatarstan President said.

Aho arrived in Kazan to deliver a lecture toTatarstan authorities on the innovative model of Finland.
