Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic reports on the implementation of capital repair programme of social facilities

On April 21, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that 43 municipalities take part in the implementation of capital repair programme of multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan in 2018.

Faizullin reminded that 995 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 5.3 million square take part in capital repair programme in 2018.  

As many as 28 general educational institutions, including 16 municipal schools, 12 special schools and 85 pre-school institutions will be overhauled in 2018.

As of April 19, as many as 13 municipal schools of 16 planned and 10 of 12 special schools are being overhauled.

As of March 22, In addition, the capital repair in nine of 12 special schools and in 68 of 85 pre-school institutions is under way.

It is scheduled to overhaul 14 children's recreation camps, to construct six children's recreation camps and to reconstruct one camp in 2018. As of April 19, the major repair of all recreation camps is under way.

The major repair of 11 recourse centres (colleges) is scheduled in 2018. As of March 22, as many as 13 of 14 facilities with the total funding amounting to 681,38 million roubles are being overhauled.

The overhaul in 41 cultural facilities of 42 facilities is underway.

As of April 19, the major repair of 17 buildings of municipal archives of 19 is underway.

Faizullin also reported on the launch of implementation of new programme - capital repair of youth centres of the republic and strengthening its facilities in 2018.

Under the capital repair programme 120 outpatient centres with total funding amounting to 3b 195m 720 thousand roubles will be repaired in 2018. In particular, 21 outpatient centres in Kazan, 15 policlinics in Naberezhnye Chelny, 6 centres in Nizhnekamsk, 4 policlinics in Almetyevsk and 74 outpatient centres in the municipal regions of the republic will be overhauled under this programme.
