Farid Mukhematshin congratulated best teachers and pupils having taken part in «Parliamentary lesson – 2011»

Today celebration of the winners of the Republican contest of creative works among the pupils within “Parliamentary lesson -2011” took place in Tatarstan parliament. RT State Council chairman FaridMukhametshin took part in awarding ceremony.

In celebrating best pupils from towns and regions took part also RT minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov, deputy Chairman of the republican parliament Rimma Ratnikova, RT Gossovet secretary Lilia Mavrina, RT GS deputies, Ombudperson on human rights in RT Saria Saburskaya, Commissar of rights of children in RT Guzel Udachina.


Within the parliamentary lesson a contest children’s drawings took place among pupils of primary school «My rights and obligations»; contest of agitation placards «My rights and obligations»; contest of school wall newspapers «Rights and obligation of child . I know how to defend myself !» and contest of school essays. By its results 21 works have been selected.

Farid Mukhametshin, head of Tatarstan parliament congratulated the pupils on victory. He mentioned that holding parliamentary lessons – this is important and important affair. Sharing his impressions upon participation in parliamentary lesson in gymnasium №159, Farid Mukhametshin stressed that he was impressed by level, preparedness, curiosity and information capacity of the pupils. «It is surprising that they know not only their rights but they do not forget about obligations , – RT State Council Chairman said. – That thesis which was actual in the past – «All the best to children » is actual as never as nowadays. Namely because of this the republic is realizing major programs in the field of education. We further continue to hold parliamentary lessons, will contribute our mite in preparing young generation for big life after school and university».

In opinion of RT Gossovet people in the republic understand the importance of works of ombudsmen and therefore created on time relevant institutions. Farid Mukhametshin handed letters of gratitude on behalf of RT State Council chairman to teachers and distinguished public aids of Ombudsman on human rights on RT.

More 300 pupil’s works within “Parliamentary lesson” were received for participation in the republican contest. In the republican contest of drawings took part 170 pupils of primary school. The best ones in this contest were awarded by RT minister of education Albert Gilmutdinov who thanked teachers and their pupils for the work done.
