Tatarstan President meets senior executives of Burckhardt Compression

On March 23, during his working visit to Geneva, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with senior executives of Burckhardt Compression Company producing compressor equipment.

Burckhardt Compression was established in 1844. It is the worldwide market leader for reciprocating compressors systems, advanced compressor technologies, used in the upstream and transportation of oil and gas, refining, petrochemical and chemical industries and many other sectors.

The products of Burkhardt Compression are well known in Tatarstan. Reciprocating compressors of the Swiss manufacturer are installed at Nizhnekamskneftekhim and Kazanorgsintez plants. Besides, Nizhnekamskneftekhim cooperates with Burkhardt Compression in terms of education and further training of technical specialists for monitoring and servicing of compressors involved in the production process.
