Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the 36th session of State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan

On March 22, the 36th session of Tatarstan State Council of the 5th convocation was opened.

The Presidium of Tatarstan State Council introduced 25 issues including 12 regional, 6 federal bills and 2 legislative initiatives of Russian regions on the agenda. The main issue on the meeting's agenda will be a report on the activities of regional government agencies in 2017 to be made by Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin.

The document, introduced to Parliament of the republic by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, includes the results of socio-economic development, as well as answers to questions of parliamentarians sent to Minnikhanov during the preparation of the report.

Besides, the agenda of this meeting includes a report on the activity of the Ombudsman for Children's Rights of the republic in 2017 and information on the activity of the  Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Prior to the consideration of the issues on the agenda, Minnikhanov summed up the results of the presidential elections of the Russian Federation, on March 18, as “held at a high organization level”.
