Rustam Minnikhanov has a meeting with the winner of the contest "Leaders of Russia" Alexandra Lebedeva

On March 19, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the winner of the All-Russian management contest “Leaders of Russia” Lebedeva Aleksandra. The Leaders of Russia contest started on October, 2017.

The aim of the contest is identification, development and support of the most promising heads-leaders. Over 200,000 applications were received for the participation in the project, including 4,500 applications from Tatarstan. The final of the contest was held in Sochi. Aleksandra Lebedeva, the representative from Tatarstan, was among 103 winners.

In addition to educational grants in the amount of one million roubles, the winners will have the opportunity to cooperate with mentors - prominent representatives of business and government. Tatarstan President was a mentor of Lebedeva. According to the terms of the project, prospective managers will have at least four meetings with mentors. It is also possible to take part in business trips, negotiations and to implement the practical tasks of mentors.

Another representative of Tatarstan, a lawyer Ilnar Girfanov became the winner of the contest “Leaders of Russia”. Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Andrey Turchak was his mentor.
