Rustam Minnikhanov hands in state awards of Russia and Tatarstan

On March 15, in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to 46 laureates, Tatarstan citizens, who have excelled in the field of industry, economy, culture, education, medicine, etc.

In his welcoming speech, Minnikhanov emphasized that Tatarstan is now one of the leading industrialized regions of Russia. “The largest investment, economic and infrastructure projects are being implemented. We host the world-class championships and forums, pay special attention to the social sphere,” Tatarstan President said.

Minnikhanov noted that the competitive advantage of Tatarstan is social and political stability, interethnic and inter-confessional peace and harmony.

“I want to express my sincere appreciation to you for patriotism, dedication and high professional achievements and wish you further success in your work for the benefit of Russia and Tatarstan,”  he added.

The Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the third degree from Tatarstan President received the scientific adviser of the Kazan E.K. Zavoisky Physical-Technical Institute academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Kev Salikhov.

The Orders "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the second degree were awarded to the workers of the Kazan Electrotechnical Plant Zufar Gizatullin, Farida Ibragimova, Lenar Nurullin.

The Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan was handed in to Head of Vysokogorsky region of the republic Rustam Kalimullin and Director of State Budgetary Institution the Center of Economic and Social Researches of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic Alevtina Kudryavtseva.

General Director of Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding Rafinat Yarullin got the Duslyk Order. Three specialists were awarded Medals of the Order of Merit for the Republic of Tatarstan.

Also a number of citizens of the republic were awarded the medals of the Republic of Tatarstan For Valorous Labour and the honorary titles.
