Rustam Minnikhanov meets the workers of the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association

On March 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association, where got acquainted with the ongoing activities of the enterprise and met the staff of the plant.

Tatarstan President inspected one of the workshops of production line, got acquainted with the samples of the manufactured products. Director General of the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association Damir Karimullin told Minnikhanov about plans to increase the number of orders and the new projects being implemented at the plant. Thus, it is planned to build a gas-turbine powerplant at the plant to ensure energy efficiency of the enterprise. It is planned to launch it in autumn 2019. The implementation of this project will allow us to work out the principles of “turn-key” projects of our own energy sources for use in different industries with a decrease in energy costs.

At a meeting with employees of the plant, Minnikhanov noted that the implementation of new industrial technologies creates competitive advantages and significantly improves the quality of products of the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association. New technologies not only help to diversify production, but also reduce the time of the creation of finished goods, and also remove the mistakes that were identified at the final stage of the production process, Tatarstan President emphasized.

He added that it is necessary for the Kazan Motor-Building Production Association to enter new markets, to offer the products both to domestic gas pumping companies and neighboring countries.
