Dear Tatarstan citizens! I sincerely congratulate you on the Constitution Day of Russian Federation!

The Main law which proclaimed civil rights and democratic freedom as the highest value of a Human being was passed on December 12, 1993. The Constitution legally secured the bases of federative structure of Russia as a social state, laid the legal foundation of its progressive advance and opened a new page in community development.

Life has proved the historical perspective of this choice made by multi-ethnic Russian people. For the last few years there has been formed a stable constitutional system which guarantee firmness of democratic bases of state power, development of local self-government and formation of civil society. Supremacy of law and political stability, inter-ethnic solidarity and tolerance, free will and variety of property forms have become the part of social life in the country.

No doubt, State Duma of Russian Federation elected on December, 4, 2011 will provide succession of the strategy of spiritual renovation and consolidation of international prestige of our Motherland, overall modernization, further consolidation of legality, law and order, and fulfill commitments to the Russian citizens.

Tatarstan citizens living in one family of Russian people in accordance with common interests and ideas are proud of democratic changes and achievements. We are sure that prosperity and dynamic development of the country are made of laborious and constructive work of every citizen and success of every region.
