Tatarstan Government delegation led by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov has arrived to KAMAZ with official visit to get familiar with principles of lean manufacturing.

PM deputies, ministers, chiefs of republican agencies, educational institutions and enterprises are on the delegation.

Guests were received by top managers of the enterprise headed by Deputy Director-general of JSC KAMAZ, CEO Yury Klochkov.

Members of the delegation visited production premises of Kama Auto Giant. In particular, officials reviewed main assembly line, training-production and Kaizen classes. In the building of General Directorate of JSC KAMAZ they visited offices of the Department for economic safety and Central accounting.

A seminar is to be held in the second part of day at the Executive Office. Specialists of KAMAZ will share experience in the sphere of lean manufacturing development in the context of Production system “KAMAZ”.
