Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich arrives in Kazan

On March 5, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Kazan International Airport.

During his visit, Babich together with Minnikhanov will hold a meeting on social and economic and public and political development of the republic and will take part in a solemn event dedicated to the International Women’s Day.
