Rustam Minnikhanov meets representatives of German industrial companies

On March 5, in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov discussed prospects for cooperation in compressor manufacturing and development of natural gas vehicle fuel market with representatives of major German industrial companies headed by Executive Director of Falk Beratung GmbH Thomas Falk.

Deputy Prime Minister of the republic – Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Albert Karimov, Aide to Tatarstan President Rinat Sabirov, Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, General Director of Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding Rafinat Yarullin,  Managing Director of Kazankompressormash Ilnur Sagdiev and other officials represented Tatarstan at the meeting.

Minnikhanov emphasized that the development of the natural gas vehicle fuel market, organization of production of Liquefied Natural Gas is an extremely pressing issue.

Tatarstan President reminded that in cooperation with Gazprom a special programme on development of the natural gas vehicle fuel market is implemented in the republic since 2013. There is a network of 19 NGV (Natural Gas Vehicle) filling stations in the republic today. A large number of equipment and machinery have been transferred to natural gas.

According to Minnikhanov, KAMAZ Automaker has certain achievements and best practices in this direction. It is also real to use liquefied gas in ships and locomotive economy.

The representatives of Atlas Copco and Nikkiso Cosmodyne shared their experience of work in the world market and introduced their projects in the field of designing and manufacture of compressor and vacuum equipment, pump and cryogenic equipment.
