Rustam Minnikhanov at his meeting with Governor of Tashkent province: We are ready to share our experience in various fields with Uzbek colleagues

On March 2, at the Kazan Kremlin, at his meeting with Governor of Tashkent province of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gulomzhon Ibragimov, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan as one of Russian regions is interested in developing interregional cooperation aimed at strengthening relations between Russia and Uzbekistan.

He expressed his confidence that the current visit of the delegation of Tashkent province of Uzbekistan will contribute to further strengthening of cooperation.

You visited Tatarstan last year in October and got acquainted with the economic potential of our republic, visited a number of facilities, including the IT Park,  the Kazan Helicopter Plant, the TANECO Oil Refinery, the KAMAZ Automaker, the Alabuga Special Economic Zone and others, Minnikhanov told Ibragimov.   

We are ready to share our experience in various fields and sectors of economy with our Uzbek colleagues, Minnikhanov continued. He also reminded that Tatarstan is interested in supplying industrial products made by the region's enterprises to Uzbekistan.
