On March 2, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Sergey Kalugin and Director General of RT-Inform discussed issues of implementation of a number of joint projects.
