Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in the presentation of the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly

On March 1, at the Manezh Central Exhibition Hall in Moscow, the President of Russia Vladimir Putin delivered the annual address to the Federal Assembly.

Tatarstan is represented by Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a working visit in Moscow. Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin took part in the event together with Tatarstan President.

The annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly is a speech given by  the head of state in front of the two houses of the Parliament to assess the situation in the country and to determine the main directions of domestic and foreign policy.
