Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in 24th summary session of Kazan City Duma of the third convocation

On February 28, at the Kazan City Hall, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the 24th summary session of Kazan City Duma of the third convocation held by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. 

With 45 people’s deputies present out of 49, the required quorum to take decisions was reached.

Deputy Chairman of the regional State Council Yuri Kamaltynov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, Chairman of the Council of Municipalities of the republic Ekzam Gubaidullin, members of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, people’s deputies of the State Council of the republic, senior officials of ministries and agencies of the republic and other officials took part in the session.

People’s deputies discussed 13 issues, such as the report on the results of work of the Mayor of Kazan in 2017, the report on the results of work of Kazan City Duma in 2017, the report on the results of work of the Head of Executive Committee of Kazan in 2017 and the work of the Executive Committee of Kazan and many other issues.

Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin made a keynote report.

Head of Kirovsky and Moscovsky districts administration Sergey Mironov, Director of International School of Kazan, Chairman of the permanent commission of the Kazan City Duma on education, culture and national issues Niyaz Gafiyatullin, Directorate of Parks and Squares Alsou Saetova and others were scheduled to speak.
