Regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company held

On February 26, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov chaired a regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company, which considered results of the subsidiaries activities according to the Russian accounting standards over a nine-month period 2017.

The Board considered issues of further development of logistics system of the company. The positive effect of implementation the Strategy of logistics system 2013, exclusion of monopolies in the supply, the introduction of unified standard of procurement of the companies of Tatneft Group in 2015 was noted.

It helped to increase the openness and reduce the time of procurement procedures, conclude framework contracts with open amount, minimize the subjective factor in procurement, hold marketing researches, tenders. It was decided at the meeting to further improve the organizational structure of logistics system by centralizing the logistics services of structural divisions and subsidiaries. A general meeting of shareholders of Tatneft Oil Company on the results of work in 2017 will be held at Neftche Palace of Culture in Almetyevsk on June 22, 2018.
