Construction of 60 public facilities under the project “The formation of comfortable urban environment” planned in Tatarstan

On February 24, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that 995 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 5,300,000 square metres in 43 municipal regions will be overhauled in Tatarstan in 2018. The total amount of fund allocated for capital repair of multi-apartment houses amounts to 6b760m348 thousand roubles.

As many as 28 general education institutions with the total amount of 732m720 thousand roubles and 85 preschool facilities with the total amount of 1b743m710 thousand roubles will be overhauled.

The works on capital repair have started at 13 of 14 children's recreation camps.

The major repairs will be carried out at 11 established resource centres (colleges). As of February, 22, the works at 9 facilities of 11 are underway.

The capital repair of cultural facilities is carried out at 29 facilities of 42 planned in 2018. The total funding of the programme is 342m975 thousand roubles.

As many as 100 million roubles for the major repair of youth club and enhancing their material base were allocated in 2018. The works at 27 facilities of 28 are underway.

It is also scheduled to overhaul 38 buildings and to build 10 buildings of the executive committees of settlements of municipalities. The total funding of the programme is 100 million roubles. The works at 26 of 38 buildings are underway.

As many as 19 facilities of municipal archives of the republic with the total funding 50 million roubles will be overhauled.

Under the capital repair programme, 120 buildings of outpatient centres with the total amount of 3b195m720 thousand roubles, including 21 buildings in Kazan, 15 buildings in Naberezhnye Chelny, six of them in Nizhnekamsk, four in Almetyevsk will be repaired in Tatarstan in 2018.

It is scheduled to overhaul 63 machine and tractor fleets, 127 grain-cleaning complexes, grain stores and covered granaries, 227 cowsheds, 15 vegetable storehouses and to build 123 silage – hay trenches in 2018.

As part of the implementation of a priority project “The formation of comfortable urban environment”, two billion roubles from the regional budged, 655m108,900 roubles from the federal budget have been allocated in 2018.
