Rustam Minnikhanov pays a working visit to Nizhnekamsk region

On February 21, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working visit to Nizhnekamsk region of the republic to take part in a summing up meeting of the local Council.

Besides, during his stay in the region, Minnikhanov visited the Nizhnekamsk Central Regional Multifunctional Polyclinic. The building of the polyclinic was built 51 years ago and was partially repaired in 2009. More than a thousand people visit the facility daily.

For today, the building has been overhauled using the funds allocated from the regional budget (about 82.6 million roubles). The capital repair of the facility was carried out in accordance with the Friendly Polyclinic standards, which are being actively introduced in the republic.

During his visit to the polyclinic, Minnikhanov looked around the emergency room, the X-ray diagnostic room, the laboratory, the inpatient hospital and the ultrasound examination room.

Later on the same day, Minnikhanov also visited the KoVeR Centre for Youth Initiatives in Nizhnekamsk.
