Rustam Minnikhanov meets with Director General of Stadler Rustem Shiyanov

On February 19, at his office in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Director General of Stadler Rustem Shiyanov to discuss issues on cooperation and implementation of joint projects.
