Tatartsan became a party to the agreement on establishing an inter-regional industrial cluster “Composites without Borders”

On February 15, on the sidelines of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the signing of a quadripartite agreement between Tatarstan, Moscow and Saratov regions and Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation on establishing an inter-regional industrial cluster "Composites without Borders".

The document envisages the establishment of an inter-regional industrial cluster "Composites without Borders", which will unite three Russian regions, including Tatarstan, Moscow and Saratov regions.

It is expected that the agreement will increase production and sales of industrial products manufactured in the regions participating in the agreement, promote the social and economic development of Tatarstan, Moscow and Saratov regions, increase investment, labor productivity in industrial enterprises participating in the cluster, create new jobs, including high-productivity workplaces.

The inter-regional industrial cluster "Composites without Borders" is aimed at boosting the Russian market of composite materials by 2025, increasing the cooperation of Russian manufacturers of composite materials, creating a full technological chain of production of composite materials and promoting the sales of composite products of cluster participants in Russia and in the international market.
