Rustam Minnikhanov congratulates a figure skater Alina Zagitova on silver medal at the Winter Olympics 2018

On February 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated Russian figure skater Alina Zagitova on a silver medal at the Olympics in PyeongChang. The sportswoman won a silver medal in the team tournament of figure skaters. The telegram of congratulations on behalf of Tatarstan President was sent to Alina Zagitova and honored figure-skating coach of Russia Eteri Tutberidze.
