Rustam Minnikhanov visits Tokarlikov Dairy Complex in Almetyevsk

On February 7, during his working trip to Almetyevsk region of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited the Tokarlikov Dairy Complex for 1,070 milk cows.

The total area of ​​the land plot is more than 12 hectares. Being the investor, SMP-Neftegaz Oil Company allocated 800 million rubles for the construction of the facility, which started in March 2017 and completed in November 2017.

Minnikhanov was told that as part of the implementation of this investment project, livestock equipment was purchased and installed, a high-productive herd of cattle was formed, the necessary infrastructure was built and feeds were prepared.

The year-round loose housing of cows provided with the same type of feeding makes it possible to avoid seasonal fluctuations in milk production and achieve the increased productivity. It is expected that the complex will produce 9,000 tonnes of raw milk annually.

Deputy Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President - Head of the Department for Territorial Affairs of Tatarstan President Ilnur Garipov, Director General of Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov, Aide to Tatarstan President for Oil  Industry Shafagat Takhautdinov and other officials accompanied Minnikhanov during his visit.
