Tatarstan President gets acquainted with the experience of Dagestan in the field of state services

On February 5, during his working visit to Makhachkala, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by Acting Head of Dagestan Vladimir Vasilyev visited the Dagestan’s largest multifunctional centre for providing state and municipal services.

Currently, there are 57 centres and 435 territorially autonomous subdivisions operating in Dagestan. As many as 98 per cent of the population have access to one-stop principle services, with more than 390 services being provided. 

During his visit, Minnikhanov got acquainted with the work of the head centre and was told about the activities of its key departments. For the first time in the country, an automated incentive remuneration system based on KPI was introduced in the centre, which makes it possible to motivate employees for high-quality and quick execution of their work. With the system being completely transparent, employees can see how their monthly earnings are calculated.

At the department to support small and medium-sized businesses, the delegation of the republic was told that 170 services are offered to entrepreneurs, including the registration of self-employed businessmen, various types of state support, development of business plans, risk assessment, legal support and others.

Tatarstan President noted the high level of organization of the centre's activities. He stressed that Dagestan specialists introduced a number of effective innovations that would be in demand in Tatarstan. Minnikhanov gave an errand to organize a separate visit of the Tatarstan delegation to Makhachkala to exchange experience in the field of state services.
