Rustam Minnikhanov introduces new Director General to the staff of the Kazan Helicopter Plant

On February 2, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov introduced new Director General Yuri Pustovgarov, who previously was the Managing Director of the Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise, to the staff of the Kazan Helicopter Plant. 

Minnikhanov thanked Vadim Ligay for fruitful work as head of the Kazan Helicopters Factory. The President noted that Ligay paid great attention to training specialists in the aviation industry and socio-political life of the republic as a whole.

Minnikhanov wished Pustovgarov success in his new position and further development of the factory. 

Ligay, who headed the Kazan Helicopters since 2007, was appointed to the post of Deputy Director General for infrastructure development at the Russian Helicopters Holding.
