A regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company held at Tatarstan Government House

On January 30, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a regular board meeting of Tatneft Oil Company, which summed up the results of the company’s budget execution in 2017 and approved the budget for February of the current year.

The Board was reported on the results of the work of the internal audit department. Following the results of the audits, it was particularly noted that an automated procedure for determining oil production rates of wells and electronic procedures for sales of petroleum products are required. In 2017, a project to set up a Center for the Purchase of Services, which made it possible to reduce costs, was implemented with the participation of the internal audit department.

The meeting also approved amendments to the Regulation on Dividend Policy and considered a number of other issues related to the company's activities.
