As many as 995 multi-apartment houses included in capital repair programme in Tatarstan in 2018

On January 26, speaking at the Government House of the republic, at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of First regional Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin and all regions of the republic,  Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that 43 municipal regions of the republic are taking part in the capital repair programme, that is 995 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 5.3 million square metres, to improve living conditions of over 200,000 citizens.

Faizullin said that the amount of financing allocated to the capital repair programme is 6b76m348 thousand roubles in 2018.

The fund has started procedure of online auction for carrying-out the work on elaboration of designed-estimated documentation for 14 of 43 municipalities (in accordance with Government Decree of the Russian Federation 615)

The Head of the Ministry also reported on the other programmes. Thus, 28 educational institutions including 16 municipal schools and 12 special schools for the total amount of 732,72 mln roubles to be overhauled in 2018. Besides, 85 pre-school institutions will be repaired for the total amount of 1b743m710thousand roubles.

As of January 25, 2018, the capital repair of 5 of 16 municipal schools and 5 of 12 special schools, 27 of 85 pre-school institutions is under way.

It is scheduled to overhaul 14 children's recreation camps (for the total amount of 112 mln roubles), to construct six children's recreation camps (for the total amount of 40.5 mln roubles) and to reconstruct (for the total amount of 40 mln roubles) in 2018. As of January 25, 2018, the major repair of 8 of 14 facilities is under way.

In 2018, it is also scheduled to overhaul 42 cultural sites with the total amount of funds of 342m975thousand roubles, 28 youth clubs with strengthening facilities with the total amount of funds of 100 mln roubles, 38 buildings of executive committees of municipalities and construction of 10 facilities with the fund of 100 mln roubles.

It is planned that major repairs at 34 facilities of social service, at 19  municipal archives, at six buildings of  youth clubs will be carried out in 2018.

He continued that 120 buildings of outpatient centres, in particular, 21 polyclinics in Kazan,15 buildings in Naberezhnye Chelny, 6 polyclinics in Nizhnekamsk and 4 buildings in Almyetevsk with the total amount of funds of 3b195m720 thousand roubles will be overhauled in 2018.

The fund of gas distribution network development plans to implement five programmes in the current year.

Faizullin said that the construction of new indoor swimming pools and five universal sports facilities are under way in the republic.
