For the last few years Mamadysh municipal region has made a breakthrough and should use reserves for further development, Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin assessed activity of regional authorities at the local board session during his working trip to the region.

Deputies discussed a set of important issues. The local budget was approved in the first reading. The costs are planned to make 540 mln roubles. Enormous part of funds will be allocated for educational sector.

New head of local executive committee, 27-year-old Ilnar Khafisov was elected unanimously at the session. Realization of target program “Development of network of educational institutions in Mamadysh region” was also discussed at the session.

Farid Mukhametshin also visited kindergarten “Belekech” that was opened this summer. He thanked educators for high quality of education that corresponds to proper resource base.

Later on Head of Tatarstan Parliament met with local activists. “In general I am satisfied with development of Mamadysh region. You succeeded in several areas such as construction of houses and access roads. Meanwhile, there are some reserves you have not used yet”, Farid Mukhametshin said.

Head of the Parliament told briefly about development priorities in the Republic for the short-term, namely construction of the large industrial oil-processing centre, expansion of city infrastructure, including preparation for World summer Universiade 2013. The program of social and economic development of Tatarstan Republic for 2011-2015 implies new living standards of Tatarstan citizens.

Farid Mukhametshin said the main capital of Mamadysh region consists in 90 thousand hectares of arable land. “By developing private farms, by increasing business activity of villagers we can reduce outflow of population from rural areas. We are worrying about it because indigenous traditions of our peoples are being preserved in villages”, he highlighted.

Speaking about elections of State Duma deputies of the 6th convocation Farid Mukhametshin emphasized the importance of keeping Tatarstan deputation in the Lower Chamber of Russian Parliament.

Upon finishing the meeting Farid Mukhametshin took part in commissioning two five-storey houses for 70 flats built by social mortgage program. Chairman of State Council thanked architects and builders for contributing their fantasy and professional skills in new houses.

Deputy of RF State Duma on Tatarstan Ildar Gilmutdinov, deputy of RT State Council, CEO of State housing fund at RT President Talgat Abdullin took part in the events.
