Rustam Minnikanov takes part in the seventh extended meeting of the Tatarstan Presidential Council on entrepreneurship

On January 15 at Piramida complex, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held the 7th extended meeting of the Tatarstan Presidential Council on entrepreneurship.

More than 400 people, including about 280 invited entrepreneurs, members of the State Duma, representatives of regional ministries and agencies, journalists took part in the meeting.

A public representative of the Federal Commissioner for the Rights of Businessmen Aleksandr Khurudzhi made a presentation of a Nabat project, which will first be launched in Tatarstan. The Nabat project is a mobile application where entrepreneurs can register their appeals on any issues of business and count on the Federal Commissioner for the Rights of Businessmen’s assistance.

Such presentations of Council’s project groups as minimizing risks at registration of conformity assessment certificate for the product, procedure of payment for the negative impact on the environment, improvement of grievance procedure by authorities of residential surveillance, organization of safe transportation of children and others, were held during the meeting.

“Each time, the issues we are trying to deal with are becoming more complicated. However, I think that such a discussion allows us to find solutions or state questions and go to the federal level,” Minnikhanov said.

Using project-based approach in addressing systemic issues of entrepreneurship, the reduction of administrative barriers for business and creation of the optimum conditions are the priorities outlined by the Russian President, he added.

Minnikhanov thanked the colleagues for prepared and efficient issues.

Director General of Tourist-information centre of Kazan city Natalya Abramovich said at the meeting that the approval procedure of children’s transportation is complicated. Transportation companies do not want to violate the requirements of the law and cannot work with school groups, at the same time travel companies say about significant decline in children’s attendance of the key tourist facilities.

Tatarstan State committee on tourism developed the draft decree of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers to organize the coordination of children’s transportation by e-document management during one working day. Tatarstan President supported this proposal.

Minnikhanov  wished the meeting success in its work and asked to put questions which entrepreneurs are concerned about at the next meeting.
