Rustam Minnikhanov awards Consul General of Turkey in Kazan Turhan Dilmach with the medal of the Republic of Tatarstan "For Valorous Labor"

On December 26, at the Kazan Kremlin, at his meeting with Consul General of Turkey in Kazan Turhan Dilmach, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the diplomat for fruitful cooperation and noted high-level interaction between the Turkish Consulate General and the regional state agencies.

"Contacts between Tatarstan and Turkey are developing dynamically. The Turkish Consulate General in Kazan, which holds a large number of cultural events and serves as an effective mechanism to strengthen ties between our fraternal peoples, plays an important role in this process," Tatarstan President added.

Minnikhanov handed in the medal of the Republic of Tatarstan "For Valorous Labor" to Turhan Dilmach, who completed his diplomatic mission in the republic, for his contribution to the development of cooperation between Tatarstan and Turkey.
