Rustam Minnikhanov meets Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliyev

On December 22 in the afternoon, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliyev.

Aide to Tatarstan President Radik Gimatdinov, Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov and other officials took part in the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Zhumagaliyev said that during their visit the members of the delegation of Kazakhstan got acquainted with the work of the IT park in Kazan, visited the city of Innopolis and other IT facilities of the republic.  The delegation was also presented the principle of work of the GLONASS+112 system.

The colleagues from Kazakhstan were told about the concept of digital transformation of the republic to involve several areas of the economy, including public administration, education, healthcare, information infrastructure, cybersecurity and others.

The delegation from Kazakhstan led by Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Zhumagaliyev arrived in Kazan to get acquainted with the experience of Tatarstan in the development of electronic services, basic information systems, establishment of large IT facilities such as the IT Park and Innopolis.
