Aleksey Pesoshin introduces a new head to the staff of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan

On December 4, Tatarstan Prime-Minister Alexey Pesoshin introduced a newly appointed head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan to its staff.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree appointing Rafis Burganov Acting Minister of Education and Science of the republic until approval of his candidacy by the local State Council and relieving Engel Fattakhov, who held this post, of his duties due to his transfer to another job.

Congratulating Burganov on his appointment, Pesoshin noted his rich employment record. He worked in the Administration of Kazan, held the post of the Minister of Youth Affairs, Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan and chaired the Committee on Economy, Investments and Entrepreneurship of the regional State Council. “Rafis Timerkhanovich has passed every conceivable trial. I would like to wish him a successful continuation of his career in a new professional field,” Pesoshin added.

Tatarstan Prime Minister thanked Engel Fattakhov for his great work  as the Head of the Ministry of Education and Science.

In his turn, Engel Fattakhov thanked all his colleagues and noted that the Ministry has a highly professional team.
