Due to robotic complexes, which replace machine operators, it is possible to significantly increase the performance indicators. On average, it takes no more than 2.5 minutes to assemble one engine. Much attention is paid to reducing any adverse effects the company's activities have on the environment.

Minnikhanov was demonstrated various samples of the output products in a showroom. In addition to gas and diesel engines, gears, axles, and hydraulic systems were presented there. In particular, the guests were shown samples of engines delivered to the KAMAZ plant.
