According to the results of 2016, a total of 6.5 billion roubles of property taxes planned to be collected in Tatarstan

On November 14, speaking at a video-conference in the Government House of the republic, Head of Tatarstan Department of the Federal Tax Service Marat Safiullin said that there are about 2,280,000 property tax payers in Tatarstan, with the total amount of taxes assessed for 2016 making 6.5 billion roubles. Transport, land and individual property taxes are to be paid by December 1, 2017, he added.

As many as 1,620,000 citizens have already received tax notifications by mail. About 660,000 users of the online Personal Taxpayer Office have received notices electronically. A total of 1.5 billion roubles of taxes have already been paid.

"I would like to thank the most responsible taxpayers, who have already paid taxes," Safiullin said.
