On November 9, on the sidelines of the 14th Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum held in Chelaybinsk, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Akim of Aktobe Region Berdybek Saparbayev signed an agreement on trade, economic, scientific, technical, social, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the Tatarstan Government and the local administration of Aktobe Region (Kazakhstan).
Aktobe region has became the third region of Kazakhstan, Tatarstan has concluded the cooperation agreement with. In 2014, similar documents were signed with Kyzylorda and Atyrau regions.
