Rustam Minnikhanov arrives in Chelyabinsk to take part in the Russia-Kazakhstan Forum

On November 9, in the afternoon, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Chelyabinsk to take part in the 14th Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum.

The forum’s theme is The Development of Human Capital.  President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will take part in it.

An agreement on cooperation between the Tatarstan Government and the local administration of Aktobe Region will be signed during the forum.
